New Online Training Courses for Residential Cleaning Services

  ARCSI, the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International has launched a new training tool “Online University” to help owners of home cleaning companies educated themselves and their employees.
“We are pleased to be able to make this a reality for home cleaning companies, access to low cost- high quality training like this, will further the industry and give a professional edge to companies that are serious about educating themselves and their workforce. ARCSI is very proud of this accomplishment”, said Daron Tandberg, Vice President of ARCSI. This advanced training system allows access to over 3,000 courses that can be taken online. Topics include every aspect of running a business; there are even some self improvement courses. Marketing, finance, strategic planning, insurance, safety, customer service, with over 3,000 courses the list goes on and on. You do not have to be a member of ARCSI to participate in the courses, although members do receive preferred pricing. The courses can be taken for as little as $79 each. There is also a feature where service owners can track the progress of courses. They will know whether of not, they or their employees passed the course. For those that do not make it the first go around they can retake the course until they receive a passing grade. Credits in the system are also tracked in the event you choose a certain number of courses you require an employee to take as part of their training.
