Learning the DetailsAs the Owner, Where Did You Learn Details? Who Taught You?

This is a spin off from last week's discussion. We had a ton of feedback from the call (we maxed out the 50 lines for the call). One common idea came up how do the owners of services learn to clean so that they can teach their teams.

Most often, someone is not "born" that way, but learns or picks it up.

Still today many service owners learned in the field themselves, but more often services are starting up and the owners are rarely cleaning regularly. Detail has to start some where in the company.

Join us for this discussion to share how you learned, and the experience of other service owners.
