As we move more into spring and notice everything coming to life as it does each time this year, we see plants and trees budding; flowers bursting with life and color as a reminder of the renewal of life in nature. It is part of the natural cycle of life; the long cold winter always comes and clears way for a beautiful spring and new life to appear.
Just as this cycle takes place in nature, our businesses have their own cycle, a winter and a spring. It is human nature, perhaps instinctively ingrained in us to join in on the explosion of new life and beauty around us. Creative energy fills the air! Plants go dormant in the cold winter months, building up their energy and resources to put on nature’s show. Many business owners follow this same cycle. Spring brings with it an inspiration to build and grow by “putting on our own great show”. In some ways, the economic situation of the last year could be seen as our winter, now coinciding with spring the news grows brighter each day. Things are starting to improve.
