Perry D Phillips JrThis time of the year the phone will ring constantly with old and new customers wanting to schedule spring cleanings for their homes. It has become synonymous with spring- it is just natural for people to think about "spring cleaning".

A time to really dig in, clean out the garage, closets, and the back of cabinets.

Out with all of the old- taking time to clean and shine, especially the areas that don't always get cleaned regularly.

What have you done as far as spring cleaning for your business? Is it time to reach WAY into the back, take a look at what can be discarded, cleaned or shined up?

I am not taking about the equipment and supply room, or the top of your desk that you have not seen in months; I am talking about real change. When was the last time you took a look at your systems and processes? What can you improve?

Maybe spring cleaning might go even deeper, maybe it is time for some staff changes or a move to a new office. DEEP cleaning isn't always an easy thing. It could be many things for different service owners.

I encourage you to take a look at your company, and start your own version of spring cleaning!
