2010 ARCSI Convention Chairs Dee Strickland and Steve Kopp of A Zing Zap Cleaning Co. in Minneola, FL, and their committee are putting the final touches on the Association's annual event that will be held in Orlando, Florida, November 9-13.

"The Committee has done a great job of taking the most popular aspects of previous conventions and adding some exciting new additions," ARCSI Executive Director Ernie Hartong said.

Back by popular demand will be the One-on-One Coaching sessions in the ARCSI Booth (#959) on the ISSA Show floor, but with an expanded list of coaches and topics.

Kevin and Teresa Ward had the pleasure of being auctioned off at the last ISSA / ARCSI Convention in Chicago 2009. April Lane from April Lane Cleaners in Seattle and Stacie McMillan, Clean and Simple, from Lynwood , Washington were the highest bidders and plunked down their cold hard cash with the winning bid to have them come consult with at their residential cleaning companies onsite in Washington.

Boynton Beach, Florida:  Gary Goranson, founder and president of WorkEnders, Inc., announced today that the company he founded on

July 1, 1991 is now entering its 20^th year in business.  "Nineteen years seems like a long time," Goranson said, "but when you enjoy what you're doing and have fun doing it, those years seem to have flown by."

After selling his previous company in 1988 (Tidy Car, Inc. a company he founded in 1976. which grew to more than 2,000 franchises in 38 countries), Goranson had planned to retire.  However, in 1991 a former Tidy Car franchisee introduced him to the potential of the residential cleaning business and he plunged back into business with both feet.  He began franchising the concept in 1992 after which WorkEnders quickly grew to 72 franchises throughout the U.S
